• Rehearsal instruction
• Pick up and drop off of decor as required
• Liaising with all vendors and the venue
• Queue timing for music for ceremony and reception
• Next day pick up and drop off of decor
• Point of contact for venue, vendors, and guests
• Ensure the day of runs smoothly
